We have a number of activities for our customers. We offer computer classes that are taught
by volunteer instructors. Our classes range form basic beginner to intermediate skill levels.
We have an exercise room open to seniors where you can come to build your physical fitness. We
also have have a Dance It Up and Draw It Out class and a Wellness Room where you may access a variety of informational
sources on topics related to senior health.
We have a variety of new classes, line dancing, strenght and balance class,dance it up and draw
it out, and an art class.
Bingo is a popular activity with our customers. Our Redding Center holds Bingo after
lunch for customers who eat lunch with us every Monday and Wednesday.
